  • Good results in my pre-64 Model 70
Review by SCOTT / (Posted on 11/16/2020)
I found this load to be more friendly in my my Winchester Model 70's Re-bored 22" barrel.. I also tried the 225 grain AccuBond. In comparison, I found this 200 grain load printed tighter groups. In December 2017 I shot a cow elk broadside at 100yards.The Cow did not take a single step and was DRT. I was surprised however, that I did not get an exit wound. The shot placement was thru the lungs, just below the backstraps. Very little meat was lost as the shot missed the leg and shoulder bones. I'm very pleased with the performance of this round.in both accuracy and in its result on game.
