AccuBond® 30 Caliber 180 Grain Bullet (50ct)

Through an exclusive bonding process that eliminates voids in the bullet core, AccuBond® couples Nosler's proven copper-alloy jacket with its special lead-alloy core. The result is a bullet that flies true, penetrates deep and retains its weight, without causing extensive barrel fouling. The unique white polymer tip resists deforming and initiates expansion on impact. Nosler's Solid Base® at the rear of the bullet acts as a platform for large diameter mushrooms.
Minimum Velocity: 1800 fps (549 mps)

I took my grandson on a bison hunt over the Christmas holidays. His first hunt ever, we built him a 300 Savage on a Mauser action. I was concerned about the 300 Savage being enough rifle. We loaded up with the 180 grain Accubond. He took a 650 pound cow at 75 yards. We recovered two bullets under the hide on the off. Perfect mushrooms and weight retention. My new go to hunting bullet.

Took my .300 Win Mag Browning A-bolt to the range the day they replace the limestone cracker dust behind the targets. I was the first to shoot into the targets and the backstop so I dug my bullet out and weighed it; the 180 grain weighed 179.5 on the scale. The only thing missing was the white plastic tip. This bullet held together beautifully and has dropped a few elk since then. great bullet.
