Review by Mike / (Posted on 12/15/2020)
I have been loading this bullet in my Ruger Carbine for over 20 years and have killed many whitetail with it.I am pushing it 1732 fps and get great accuracy, 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" at 100 yards, been many different trials in 20 years to get to that point. I finally recovered a bullet this year. The shot was about 50 yards. buck dropped in his tracks. bullet mushroomed perfect! I cleaned and reweighed the bullet and it was 181 grains. Great bullet. That is my bullet for my Ruger Carbine!

I have used this bullet in my hand loads in Alaska and swamps of Florida. From full-size Alaskan bull moose to monster pigzilla in the Florida swamps, with a few Ga white tail too! the old scoped super black hawk shoot this bullet like a match bullet. The jacked hollow point does flatten out on the moose internals, but so does the 375 H & H when it hit the bone, still a dead moose!
