AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19
We’re currently manufacturing product and accepting online orders! Due to increased demand, you may experience longer than normal order processing times, limited inventory or delayed shipments. Our team is working as hard as possible to get your orders out the door quickly, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Here’s a quick guide to help you better understand current impacts and procedures as we navigate the COVID-19 situation. As always, we appreciate your continued business and we are doing our utmost to get your orders packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible!
Our order processing and shipping departments are currently open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm PST. Please note that if you place an online order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will not be processed until Monday at the earliest.
Local customers, please be aware that the Nosler Showroom is currently closed until further notice, but you can still pick up your online order. See the “Online Pickups” section for our updated pick-up procedure.
As you probably know, there’s currently high demand for shooting supplies. Our online store inventory is updated daily. If the product you want is sold out online, we are unable to predict when more will become available at this time. Please sign-up for In-Stock Email Notifications on the specific product page and you’ll receive an email alert once that product is back in stock.
Order processing and Shipping timeline
Due to a higher than average number of orders being placed on our website, it may take up to 4-5 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. Due to delays in order processing and with our shipping partners, please wait at least 5 days before contacting us to check on the status of your order. If you haven’t received shipping information via email, it is likely that your order has not made it out the door yet. Also, check your spam/junk folder for any emails from Nosler. We appreciate your patience.
Our cutoff time for order cancellation is 11:00 am PST. Orders cannot be cancelled after this time as they may be en-route to the carrier facility or packed in a truck.
Orders must be cancelled by 11am on the next business day following your order. Example: If you place an order on Saturday, you must cancel your order by 11:00am on Monday. To cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 800-285-3701.

If you’re a local customer who placed an online order and selected In-Store Pickup, please ring the doorbell at our Receiving door located at the building directly North of the Nosler Showroom. It’s the building with the white warehouse doors. A member of the Nosler team will bring out your order. Please give us at least 48 hours (not including Saturday and Sunday) to process and prepare your order before coming to pick it up. Pickups are available Monday- Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm only.
